The comments given by Jerzy Naumann, advocate mainly pertain to the legislative initiatives (and the enacted law), matters regarding the Bar, political aspects – to the extent they relate to the Bar or matters concerning citizen rights, however, they mainly focus on the issues concerning the judiciary and press and most of all – freedom of speech and various aspects of the existence (and significance) of media in the society.
